The Growing Why
Your Why is a burning desire. It is the driving force that makes you achieve your ultimate goals. As your life progresses and your horizons expand, your Why will also naturally progress. Here’s an important principle: Your Why expands as you grow.
With your Why growing and expanding, it is very likely you will notice more changes in your life. All of the sudden, you change your habits and you are more interested in investing more time in your personal development. Personal development is the key to advancing yourself mentally, physically and socially in order to achieve your Why.
The Power of Other People
As your Why expands and becomes more developed, you will find yourself growing past some old friends and your current lifestyle. Just visualize adding a drop of water to a glass everyday. Soon the glass will overflow, and you will need a bigger glass. It’s the same with your Why. You will out grow the everyday normalcy. Your Why will start spilling over into every part of your life, and you will start to reach for bigger and better things. It may be painful or difficult, but creating change in your life always provokes change in your friends. It often takes courage and resolve to make those changes especially when it means that you must leave behind people that you have known all of your life. Many times, those same people just fall away when they see the new you. However it happens, change will always bring new friends and lose some old ones.
One of the principles in Napoleon Hill’s “Think and Grow Rich” is to let great people shape your life. That principle will always carry us away from people who are not great and will only keep us from achieving our Why. It is very likely that you will decide to just stop associating with certain people in your life. Some people have the unfortunate power to disconnect us from achieving our Why; therefore, we must make the decision to stop allowing those people to steal our dreams.
An accomplished and successful musician once said, “Critics are only remembered for what they failed to understand.” Don’t allow the critics in your life to kill your dream. Too many people have lost their dreams, because they have surrendered to the challenges that life threw at them. Those same challenges are often thrown by people that don’t understand and simply can’t hear the music in their own heart.

I am blessed to deliver my messages to audiences around the globe and meet thousands of wonderful people but I’ve noticed something that deeply disturbs me every time that I speak. Many of the event attendees continually go from seminars to conferences to conventions investing thousands of dollars in personal development materials yet NEVER achieve the results that they desire in their lives. It breaks my heart to see good people striving to reach their goals and dreams but end up failing time and time again. Why does this happen? These champions simply don’t have the vehicle to get them to where
they want to go in life.
Now, I ask you to be totally honest with yourself. Have you ever been in a situation where you seemed to have a life-changing breakthrough, but you eventually just fell back in the same, unchanged, unproductive habits? It can be so easy to achieve what you desire deep in your heart, and you can do it without wasting anymore of your time and your money. This is the vehicle that I’ve been referring to that will catapult you to success.
The secret that I will share in this book is not known by the general public. They don’t know it, because we live in a fast paced, microwave society that suffers information overload. We want everything quick and easy in which we end up skimming over new information – even information that can save our life! It’s like a rock skipping across a pond that eventually sinks without ever reaching its destination What I have to share with you has made thousands worldwide wake up and rethink their lives.
Decide today to make an appointment with yourself and this book. Don’t laugh. We all need to treat ourselves with as much respect as we treat others with whom we make appointments. This is your life that we’re talking about! Have enough respect for yourself and your future to schedule quality time – with no cell phones, email or other distractions – in order to carve out a brand new life and path to success. This powerful magic force that you are about to unlock will only work for you when you give it some time to release all of its explosive power. Time is the most valuable currency we have. That’s right. Nothing else in all of life has the value of time. You must be willing to invest time in your quest from where you are now to a life full of abundance. Do you truly want to live your dreams and achieve your goals? This is a question that only you can answer. If your answer is “yes”, then read this book. But, only when you have made an appointment with yourself and your destiny!
17 Highly-Guarded Strategies to Close Every Sale – Strategy #1: The Fear of Closing (1 of 2)

You have to combat the fear of closing to overcome that obstacle. You can’t even move forward in the sales process until you have conquered this fear. The underlying fear of closing is the fear of success. Your mind is saying is, “What if I actually create a relationship with the person, open up a relationship, develop a bond with the person, and they trust me to do business. All of a sudden, I’ve got the right to close the sale and earn that 6% commission.” Let’s say 6% of $1,000,000 is $60,000.00. You have never earned that before so your internal belief structure is full of fear. Not only is that a lot of money, but the responsibility that goes along with it and the dedication to the client is terrifying for most people.
You must self-develop and stretch yourself. I have seen so many people that have a great product, have a great service, and they have an absolute right to earn huge income, but they have a fear of closing. They simply don’t believe in themselves enough to take a step of faith and just do it. The only way to combat that underlying fear of closing that is holding you back is to get totally immersed in self-development. I’ve never met a person that invests time in personal development material that is completely shell-shocked at the thought of closing. Why? Because their belief in their own abilities and their business vehicle outweighs that fear.
Don’t even think about giving me the excuse that you don’t have time or the money to invest in success and motivation. It’s literally minutes and pennies a day! Isn’t your success worth that? If you don’t know where to start, then become a member of our Lifestyle Freedom Club where you have the ability to immerse yourself in personal development 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We bombard you with incredible information that allows you to build a solid foundation of self-belief. You see, I love to close. Why? Because I know that I am opening long-term relationships with people that want to succeed. Print this out, circle this, and put it in front of you: “I love to close, because I am opening up a long-term relationship.”
Like I said before…When one door closes, another one opens. Isn’t it amazing to know that every time you close a sale, you open a door of opportunity not only for that customer but also yourself. You must internalize that opportunity and look forward to closing the sale so that you can open those life-changing doors.
HOW TO FINALLY TURN RESOLUTIONS INTO NEW YEAR’S RESULTS REVEALED

Are you tired of making all of those New Year’s resolutions, and then breaking them on January 2nd? Are you ready to learn how to finally turn your New Year’s resolutions into New Year’s results? The key word here is “new”, because you want to create “new” results. You must analyze your old year that has passed and your future, which means do not think “re-run/replay” instead think about forging forward into the New Year. In order to create “New Year” results, you must decide to analyze, develop and implement.
Spend about 60 minutes of uninterrupted time analyzing the last 12 months of your life. Examine exactly what you did over the last 365 days to create the results that you have now. Don’t worry about these results and don’t complain about them either. Simply analyze them and understand that you are exactly where you are today because of your actions over the past year. That’s right, your actions created your results in 2004. Your actions turned into your decisions that produced the results that your are experiencing.
Now, are you satisfied with your results in from last year? If not, then how do you turn your New Year’s resolutions into results? You must implement NEW action steps. New actions steps will create new decisions that will produce your new results. Analyze what you did every day to develop these new action steps. Look at your business. How large is your business? Have you prospected enough? Have you attended enough seminars? Have you invested enough money into personal self development? Are you a member of the motivational club? Have you taken advantage of all that’s available for you to produce the results that you want?
If you are not happy with your results from last year, then just imagine where you will be at the end of this year if you continue to take the same actions and make the same decisions. It doesn’t matter what kind of resolutions you make if you don’t develop NEW daily action steps.
I challenge you to forget about those New Year’s Resolutions; instead, analyze last year’s results then develop and implement New Daily Actions that will lead to New Decisions and produce New Results for your New Year!
1/96th OF A DAY (Part One)

1/96th of a day…what is that? It means that there are ninety-six (15) minute increments within twenty-four hours. So, 1/96th of a day equals 15 minutes. Now, let me show you how such small fraction of time will change your life.
What goes in, comes out. This is what I consider the major determinant of how your internal spirit affects your whole life. Just 15 minutes a day of feeding this spirit will produce life-altering results. The average American spends two hours a day watching television. There are no positive results or achievements in watching television. If you take just 15 minutes a day to read a book or to listen to a personal development CD, then you will have begun your journey to reaching your next level of personal growth by motivating your spirit. Remember…What goes in, comes out!
Visualize driving down Interstate 95 at 60 miles per hour and turning your steering wheel 1/96th to the left. Will you crash immediately and die? No. But eventually you will hit the guardrail, roll over and end your life. Hence, doing the same thing over and over again on a daily basis means that you have not made a mental decision to change the negativity that is feeding your internal spirit…what’s going in and coming out.
To develop your faith and belief you need to consistently feed your spirit each and every day — all it takes is 1/96th of a day. I personally feed my spirit a minimum of two hours a day in order to sustain myself like a finely-tuned machine.
I challenge you today to make a decision to invest 15 minutes of a day in yourself by reading a book or listening to a motivational tape. These 15 minutes could change your life forever!
