ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, CORRUPTION OF DATA,
OR LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR
OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR

THE
TOTAL LIABILITY OF LF AND/OR ITS DEALERS, ASSOCIATES, AGENTS AND
LICENSORS UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THESE TOU, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE
TOTAL DOLLAR AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE INFORMATION OR PRODUCTS GIVING
RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
Club
Registration:
To register for
the Club, you will have to create a member account and pay the
membership fee. As a
condition to using such components of this website, you will be asked to
register and select a password and screen name ("User ID"). You shall
provide accurate, complete, and updated registration information.
Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this TOU, which may result
in immediate termination of your account. You may not (i) select or use
as a User ID a name of another person with the intent to impersonate
that person; (ii) use as a User ID a name subject to any rights of a
person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (iii) use as
a User ID a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. LF
reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a User ID in its
sole discretion. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs
on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You
must notify LF immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use
of your account. Although LF will not be liable for your losses caused
by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the
losses of LF or others due to such unauthorized use. All registration
information provided by you shall be subject to LF’s
Privacy Policy or any successor thereto.
Membership Fees &
Cancellation:
You may cancel
your Club membership at any time; however, all membership fees paid for
annual and monthly subscriptions are nonrefundable.
If you are being billed monthly for your Club membership, your
membership cancellation must be received at least five days prior to
your billing cycle in order to prevent being billed for the next month.
LF will not be responsible for any cancellation notices that are not
received via email or mail.
User Conduct:
As a condition of use, you agree not to use this Website for any purpose
that is unlawful. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state,
national and international laws and regulations, including, without
limitation, all intellectual property laws (such as,

As a user of the website and/or
member of the Club, you understand that you will be exposed to a variety
of videos, audios and written material by viewing this website and/or
joining the Club. You further understand and acknowledge that you may be

and you agree to waive, and hereby do waive, any legal or equitable
rights or remedies you have or may have against LF with respect thereto,
and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless LF, its parent
corporation, its subsidiaries, its licensors, and their respective

by law regarding all matters related to your use of this Website or
participation in the Club.
No Unlawful Use
By using the
Information and Products, you agree that you will not use the
Information or Products for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited
by these TOU. You agree to
comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations from the United
States or the country in which you reside.

The information LF
collects is used to improve the content of its website, to notify you
about updates to its website and for marketing purposes that target your
specific needs. LF does not
use cookies to retrieve information from your computer.
